Dwayne Stewart
FOUNDER / CEO
Dwayne is the 3rd generation to have lived and worked on his family’s farm in Abbotsford, BC. After attending the University of the Fraser Valley for business and greenhouse management, he spent 22 years in the construction and development industry. After leaving the construction industry, he co-founded BC Hop Company. Today Dwayne’s passion is focused on hemp and CBD Products while making a difference in preserving Family Farms.
Daniel MacLean
PRESIDENT AND CFO
Daniel's 20+ years of executive experience span financial management, corporate strategy and continuous improvement. Before joining BC Hop Co in 2020, he served as head of finance for WeGrow BC. Daniel has held senior-level positions in both food and wine and manufacturing companies, including Sun Rich Foods and Weyerhaeuser. He is a chartered personal accountant (CPA), a chartered management accountant (CMA), and is lean greenbelt certified in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
Tyler Mosher
CHIEF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Tyler brings over 20 years of leadership to Kinloch. Since 1998, he has operated an award-winning land development business in Whistler, BC. Tyler is a two-time Paralympian and world champion snowboarder. He has served on the boards of the Canadian Paralympic Committee and the BC Games Society, a provincial crown corporation. In 2012, the Government of Canada awarded Tyler the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal. He completed an executive MBA at Smith School of Business, Queens University, and serves on the board of the Canadian Hemp Trade Alliance.
Edward Collins
CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER AND MARKETING OFFICER
Edward comes to Kinloch from Mila Supply Ltd, an international producer and distributor of cannabis 2.0 products and formulations. Before that, Edward served as vice president of global sales and markets for Cannabis Compliance Inc (CCI). He helped CCI become the most prominent cannabis consulting firm globally, leading to its acquisition by Deloitte in 2019. Past Vice President Sales at InteliSpend. Past Vice President Sales at Inscape. Former Vice President Sales for Neopost.
Tony Nazaroff
VP OPERATIONS
Tony is the former Plant Manager Watermark Beverage Inc. He was General Manger of Vancouver Water Company Enterprises. Past Operations Manager at Constellations Brands. Former Operations Manager at Brewer Distributors Ltd. Former Packaging Manager at Labatts.
Reihaneh Noorbakhsh
VP QUALITY ASSURANCE
Dr. Noorbakhsh received a master's degree in food science and a Ph.D. in July 2010. She spent thirteen years at the Iranian Institute of Standard and Industrial Research (ISIRI). Her roles included head of the research and training department, director of the national laboratory accreditation department and ISO/IEC 17025 assessor. At EnWave Corp, she led the biomaterials and bioactive materials research and development team. Dr. Noorbakhsh is the co-inventor of two patents related to freeze-drying and formulated healthy snacks.
